Privacy Policy
DualCapture is a camera app focused on dual-perspective photo and video capture. We design the app around local processing and data minimization. This policy explains what information may be used when you use the app.
1. Information and permissions we use
Camera
Camera access is required for live preview, photo capture, video recording, front-back capture, vertical-horizontal capture, lens switching, focus, exposure and zoom features. Camera frames are processed on your device for preview, composition and export. We do not upload your camera feed to our server.
Microphone
Microphone access is requested when video recording needs audio. If microphone permission is denied or another app is using audio, DualCapture may still record silent video where supported.
Photo Library
Photo Library write access is used to save photos and videos to your system album. The app's gallery entry opens the system Photos app and does not read your photo library thumbnails or existing media for tracking.
Local settings
The app stores preferences locally, such as capture scene, resolution, frame rate, export format, layouts, lens selection, grid, stabilization, watermark, hardware shutter, app icon, accent color, language and appearance settings.
Local notifications
If you allow notifications, the app may schedule low-frequency local reminders after you have successfully completed core workflows. Notification scheduling is handled locally by iOS.
Feedback email and logs
When you use the feedback feature, the app opens the system Mail composer. You can review, edit or cancel the email before sending. Diagnostic logs may be attached to help troubleshoot recording, saving, device compatibility or performance issues. Logs should not contain your photos, videos, audio or camera frames.
2. How we use information
- Provide camera preview, photo capture, video recording and dual-perspective composition.
- Save generated photos, videos and exported files to your device or system album.
- Remember your local preferences and restore them next time.
- Diagnose crashes, recording failures, save failures, device capability limits and performance issues when you choose to send feedback.
- Validate purchases and restore membership status through Apple's StoreKit services.
We do not use your captured media for advertising, profiling, machine learning training or unrelated purposes.
3. Third-party and system services
DualCapture uses Apple system frameworks such as Camera, Photos, Mail, Safari, StoreKit, Widgets, Control Center controls and local notifications. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We currently do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs or crash-reporting SDKs in the release version.
4. Data storage and deletion
Captured media, settings and logs are primarily stored on your device or in the system Photos library. You can delete saved media in Photos, remove local app data by deleting the app, revoke permissions in iOS Settings, or remove log attachments before sending feedback emails.
5. Children
DualCapture is not directed to children. Minors should use the app with guidance and consent from a parent or guardian.
6. Changes
We may update this policy when features, legal requirements or operational needs change. Updated versions will be published through the app or this website.

隐私政策
DualCapture / 双影相机是一款专注双视角照片与视频拍摄的相机应用。我们尽量采用本地处理和最小必要原则，仅在实现功能所需范围内使用相关权限和信息。
一、我们使用的信息和权限
相机权限
相机权限用于实时预览、拍照、录像、前后双拍、横竖双拍、镜头切换、对焦、曝光和变焦等功能。相机画面主要在设备本地用于预览、合成和导出。我们不会将相机画面上传至服务器。
麦克风权限
当视频录制需要声音时，应用会请求麦克风权限。如果您拒绝麦克风权限，或其它 App 正在占用音频，应用可能会在支持的场景下降级录制无声视频。
相册权限
相册写入权限用于将照片和视频保存到系统相册。应用中的图库入口会跳转系统相册，不会为了追踪目的读取您的相册缩略图或历史媒体内容。
本地设置
应用会在设备本地保存拍摄场景、清晰度、帧率、导出格式、布局、镜头选择、九宫格、防抖、水印、硬件按键拍照、App 图标、主色调、语言和外观等偏好设置。
本地通知
如果您允许通知，应用可能会在您完成核心流程后安排低频本地提醒。通知调度由 iOS 在本地处理。
反馈邮件和日志
当您使用反馈功能时，应用会调用系统邮件编辑器。发送前您可以查看、修改或取消邮件。为了排查录制、保存、设备兼容或性能问题，邮件中可能附带诊断日志。日志不应包含您的照片、视频、音频或相机画面。
二、信息用途
- 提供相机预览、拍照、录像和双视角合成功能。
- 将生成的照片、视频和导出文件保存到设备或系统相册。
- 记录并恢复您的本地偏好设置。
- 在您主动反馈时，定位崩溃、录制失败、保存失败、设备能力限制和性能问题。
- 通过 Apple StoreKit 校验购买和恢复会员状态。
我们不会将您的拍摄内容用于广告、画像、模型训练或与应用功能无关的用途。
三、第三方和系统服务
应用会使用 Apple 系统能力，例如相机、相册、邮件、Safari、StoreKit、小组件、控制中心控件和本地通知。内购由 Apple 处理。当前正式版本未接入第三方广告 SDK、统计分析 SDK 或崩溃上报 SDK。
四、数据存储和删除
拍摄内容、设置和日志主要保存在您的设备或系统相册中。您可以在系统相册删除已保存媒体，删除应用以清除应用沙盒数据，在 iOS 设置中撤销权限，或在发送反馈邮件前移除日志附件。
五、儿童隐私
本应用不专门面向儿童。未成年人应在父母或监护人的指导和同意下使用。
六、政策更新
我们可能会因功能、法律法规或运营需要更新本政策。更新后的版本会通过应用或本网站展示。
