Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, capture scene, resolution, frame rate, export mode and steps to reproduce. If the in-app feedback email includes logs, keep the attachment when possible.
FAQ
Why are some capture modes unavailable?
Dual-camera capture depends on device hardware, MultiCam support, camera combinations, temperature and system pressure. Some devices may only support a subset of modes.
Why does 4K or 60 fps downgrade automatically?
High resolution and high frame rate can exceed the current device capability or system budget. The app may downgrade settings to reduce recording failures and overheating.
Why can video be silent?
If microphone permission is denied or another app is occupying audio, DualCapture may record silent video instead of blocking capture.
Why does saving take time?
After recording, iOS and the app need to finish writing files, save to Photos and clean temporary files. Longer videos, higher resolution and multiple outputs can take more time.
How do widgets and Control Center shortcuts work?
They open DualCapture directly into a selected capture scene or action. Camera capture still starts only after the app is active and permissions are available.

为什么部分拍摄模式不可用？
双摄拍摄依赖设备硬件、MultiCam 支持、摄像头组合、温度和系统压力。部分设备只能支持其中一部分模式。
为什么 4K 或 60fps 会自动降级？
高分辨率和高帧率可能超过当前设备能力或系统预算。应用会自动降级，以减少录制失败和过热。
为什么视频可能没有声音？
如果麦克风权限被拒绝，或其它 App 正在占用音频，应用可能会录制无声视频，而不是阻止拍摄。
为什么保存需要等待？
录制结束后，系统和应用需要完成文件收尾、写入相册和清理临时文件。视频越长、规格越高、输出文件越多，耗时可能越长。
小组件和控制中心快捷入口如何工作？
它们用于快速打开 DualCapture 并进入指定场景或动作。真正的相机采集仍会在应用 active 且权限可用后启动。
