Welcome to DualCapture. By downloading, accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
1. Service
DualCapture is a camera utility that provides features such as front-back capture, vertical-horizontal capture, photo capture, video recording, picture-in-picture layouts, split layouts, lens switching, focus, exposure, zoom, grid lines, stabilization, watermark options, widgets, Control Center shortcuts, app icon customization and local saving to Photos.
Feature availability may vary by app version, device model, iOS version, hardware capability, permissions, temperature, battery level and system pressure.
2. Your responsibilities
- Use the app in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Respect other people's privacy, portrait rights, copyright and other rights.
- Obtain necessary consent before recording people, voices or private places.
- Do not use the app for illegal recording, harassment, fraud, infringement or other harmful purposes.
- Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, crack or bypass app restrictions.
You are responsible for the media you capture, save, edit, share or publish with the app.
3. Captured content
Photos, videos and exported files created by you generally belong to you or the relevant rights holders. DualCapture does not claim ownership of your captured media merely because you used the app.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
DualCapture may offer memberships, subscriptions or lifetime purchases through Apple in-app purchase. Product names, prices, trial availability, renewal rules, cancellation and refund policies are shown by the App Store or the in-app purchase sheet and are governed by Apple policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime purchases unlock eligible features where available but do not automatically cancel an existing subscription; you should manage subscriptions through Apple if needed.
5. Device limitations and disclaimers
We try to keep the app stable, but we cannot guarantee that every device supports every camera mode, resolution, frame rate, stabilization mode or export workflow. Recording or saving may fail because of insufficient storage, high device temperature, permission changes, system interruption, background transition, phone calls, hardware limits or operating system behavior.
To improve stability, the app may automatically downgrade resolution or frame rate, disable unavailable options, record silent video when audio is unavailable, or stop and save recording when the app enters the background.
6. Intellectual property
The app's software, interface design, icons, names, text, visual elements and technical implementation are owned by the developer or relevant rights holders unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer or otherwise misuse any part of the app.
7. Updates and changes
We may update the app and these terms to fix issues, improve performance, adjust features or meet legal and platform requirements. If you continue using the app after changes, you accept the updated terms.

一、服务内容
本应用是一款相机工具，提供前后双拍、横竖双拍、照片拍摄、视频录制、画中画布局、分屏布局、镜头切换、对焦、曝光、变焦、九宫格、防抖、水印选项、小组件、控制中心快捷入口、App 图标自定义和保存到系统相册等功能。
具体功能会因 App 版本、设备型号、iOS 版本、硬件能力、权限状态、温度、电量和系统压力而有所不同。
二、用户责任
- 遵守适用法律法规使用本应用。
- 尊重他人的隐私权、肖像权、著作权和其它合法权益。
- 拍摄他人、录制声音或记录私密场所前，自行取得必要授权或同意。
- 不得将本应用用于违法录制、骚扰、诈骗、侵权或其它不当目的。
- 不得对本应用进行反编译、篡改、破解或绕过限制。
您应对自己使用本应用拍摄、保存、编辑、分享或发布的内容承担责任。
三、拍摄内容
您通过本应用生成的照片、视频和导出文件，相关权利通常归您或相应权利人所有。本应用不会因为您使用拍摄功能而主张拥有您的拍摄内容。
四、订阅和购买
本应用可能通过 Apple 应用内购买提供会员、订阅或永久购买。商品名称、价格、试用、续订、取消和退款规则，以 App Store 或应用内购买弹窗展示为准，并受 Apple 政策约束。
订阅会自动续订，除非您在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时通过 Apple ID 设置取消。永久购买会在可用范围内解锁对应功能，但不会自动取消已有订阅；如有需要，请自行通过 Apple 管理订阅。
五、设备限制和免责声明
我们会尽力保证应用稳定，但无法承诺所有设备都支持全部拍摄模式、清晰度、帧率、防抖方式或导出流程。存储不足、设备过热、权限变化、系统中断、进入后台、来电、硬件限制或系统行为都可能导致录制或保存失败。
为了提高稳定性，应用可能会自动降低清晰度或帧率、隐藏不可用选项、在音频不可用时录制无声视频，或在进入后台时自动停止并保存录制。
六、知识产权
本应用的软件、界面设计、图标、名称、文案、视觉元素和技术实现，除另有说明外，归开发者或相关权利人所有。未经许可，您不得复制、修改、分发、出售、出租、反向工程或以其它方式不当使用本应用的任何部分。
七、更新和变更
我们可能会更新应用和本协议，用于修复问题、优化性能、调整功能或满足法律和平台要求。若您在变更后继续使用本应用，即表示接受更新后的协议。
